- Check-in time is from 12:00 pm to 12:00 am and check-out time is from 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
- The rates expressed on this site are net of the tourist tax, € 2 per night, due for the first 14 nights. You will be charged upon check-in at the property.
- For the PREPAID rate you have 4 hours to change your mind, just a phone call to n. (+39) 02 467 4441 or an email to info@residencelecorti.com. At the end of the cooling-off period you will be charged the full amount, NOT REFUNDABLE.
- For the STANDARD rate you have up to 7 days from arrival for the cancellation, which you can do independently, from the link in the confirmation email. If, on the other hand, you need to cancel the reservation within 7 days before arrival, you will have to make a request by calling the n. (+39) 02 467 4441 or by sending an email to info@residencelecorti.com, you will be charged 30% of the total cost. In case of NO SHOW, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
- Children of all ages are allowed. Children up to and including 2 years can stay for free in a cot (if available).
Children up to and including 17 can stay for free in one of the existing beds.
Any type of extra bed or cot is available upon request and subject to confirmation by the property. - Pets are not allowed.
- Customers must respect the silence between 7:00 pm and 09:00 am.
- It is not allowed to organize parties / events.
