18 (30 sq. m.) studio apartments, one of them suitable for disabled people, and 5 (40 sq. m.) two-room apartments have been designed to offer the maximum comfort.
The apartments have been fitted with parquet floors and with stainless steel kitchen areas. Each apartment has been equipped with TV lcd with six satellite channels, telephone with fax and answering machine, internet access, air conditioning and dishwasher.
Two times a week an accurate cleaning of the apartment with bed and bath linen changes are included in our prices.
It is also possible to meet personal laundry needs in our coin-operated laundry room.
Designed to protect our guests personal security all apartments are fitted with safe box, video intercom, security doors and break-proof windows.
Finally, we offer a safe parking either in our covered underground garage or uncovered parking in the large garden area behind the Residence; both conveniently accessible by remote control.
In order to ensure peace and quiet to all our customers and maintain our apartments to the highest standards, we do not permit guests to keep animals of any kind.

9 (35 sq. m.) studio apartments and 1 (45 sq. m.) two-room apartment are tastefully decorated and are equipped with all the necessary comforts.

All of our apartments are particularly welcoming thanks to their parquet floors and to the wood panelling used to decorate some of the walls.
Security is guaranteed thanks to security doors, break-proof windows, safe box and video intercom.
For your parking convenience our private back garden is accessible to each guest by remote control.
